1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Digital Skillar and its products (such as SkillarMail AI), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

2. Ownership & Branding

Digital Skillar is the operating brand. Legally, all services, invoices, and payments are processed and managed by AtoZ Cares (the “Parent Entity”). Any charges on your bank statement may appear under the name of AtoZ Cares.

3. User Responsibility & AI Liability

  • AI Content: Our tools use artificial intelligence to generate text. You acknowledge that AI can make mistakes or hallucinations. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any content generated before using it professionally.

  • Liability: Digital Skillar and AtoZ Cares are not liable for any losses, damages, or consequences resulting from the use of emails or content generated by our tools.

4. Prohibited Use (Acceptable Use Policy)

You agree NOT to use SkillarMail AI for:

  • Generating spam, phishing, or scam emails.

  • Creating content that promotes hate speech, violence, or illegal activities.

  • Any activity that violates Google’s Generative AI Prohibited Use Policy.

  • Violation: We reserve the right to ban any user found violating these rules without a refund.

5. Payments & Refunds

  • Subscriptions: Services are billed on a subscription or credit basis.

  • Refund Policy: Since we offer a free trial/free credits to test the service, payments are generally non-refundable. Please test the tool before upgrading to a Pro plan.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms or our pricing at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of these changes.
