Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Nature of Services Services provided by Digital Skillar (including SkillarMail AI) are digital software-as-a-service (SaaS) products. Since our server resources (AI generation) are consumed instantly upon use, we generally do not offer refunds once a subscription plan has been purchased or credits have been used.

2. Exceptions We may consider a refund request within 7 days of purchase ONLY in the following cases:

  • Technical Failure: If the tool is completely non-functional for you due to a server-side error that we cannot fix.

  • Billing Error: If you were charged twice for the same transaction.

  • Note: Disliking the creative style of AI generation is not a valid ground for a refund.
